About the Role:
We are looking for more than just a task tracker. We need a Project Manager who wants to understand “what” we are building, not just “when” it is due. You will facilitate the entire development cycle while diving into our clients' business domains to ensure our solutions truly solve their problems. You will get active guidance and support for all key responsibilities. We don't expect you to do it all alone, and we provide the tools and mentorship to help you succeed.
Project and Agile Management :
- 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management (facilitating Sprints, Scrum events, and timelines).
- Experience with Budget Management: You don’t only track time - you also manage project finances. You monitor budgets, compare actual costs with estimates, and report burn rates.
- Scope and Change Management: You know how to identify deviations from the initially defined scope. Have experience managing the formal Change Request process (evaluating impact on budget/time) and getting client approval before work starts.
- Team Guidance and Agile Practice Facilitation: You don’t just enforce rules. Educate the team on why we follow them. Proactively coach team members on Agile best practices (why we need detailed task updates, how to do effective daily standups) to improve efficiency.
- Risk Management: You don't wait for problems to happen. Maintain a risk register and actively plan how to mitigate delays or budget overruns.
Product and Domain Understanding:
- Requirements Analysis: You have the ability to sit with a client, ask the right questions, and translate vague ideas into clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Validation: You ensure the team understands what they are building during refinement sessions and verify that the final deliverable meets the agreed requirements before the client sees it.
- Backlog Management: Experience organizing and prioritizing the Product Backlog based on business value and technical constraints.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Single Point of Contact: You are comfortable being the main voice for the client - handling status updates, demo calls, and difficult conversations about deadlines.
- Transparent Reporting: Experience creating professional weekly/monthly reports (KPIs, Velocity, Budget Status) for both clients and internal management.
- Resource Coordination: You can manage team capacity and coordinate with other departments to ensure your developers have the tools and access they need.
Tools and Process:
- Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence (for tracking tasks, documentation, and timesheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1 level).
Nice to have:
- A formal IT degree is not required, but technical fluency is needed. You need to be comfortable listening to developers discussing concepts like APIs, databases, and integrations, and be able to grasp the implications well enough to explain them to a non-technical client.
- Experience creating flowcharts or diagrams to visualize business logic.
What we offer:
- Evaluation with every employee and raises based on individual performance
- Mentorship and Personal Development Plan
- Performance-based individual bonuses
- A hybrid work model that includes twice-weekly check-ins
- Flexible working hours (start 8 am-10 am, end 4 pm-6 pm)
- 100% paid sick leave
- Internal workshops and educational budget
- Additional vacation days
